Your Role as a Management Intern:

This is a paid, hands-on training program meticulously designed to immerse you in the world of retail management and prepare you for future leadership roles at Menards. As a Management Intern, you will engage in a structured, 12-week curriculum where you will:

  • Learn Our Business: Work alongside your General Management team, Department Managers, and fellow Store Team Members to gain a deep understanding of our operations, processes, and customer service philosophy.
