Job Description: Management Intern
This is a part-time, paid 12-week internship program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management at Menards.
Key Aspects of the Role:
• Hands-On Training: The internship provides a practical, hands-on training experience.
• Mentorship: Interns will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and other Store Team Members.
• Business Understanding: The program aims to develop the intern’s understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• Skill Development: Participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Management Experience: Interns will gain direct hands-on management experience, preparing them for a future management role within the company.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Paid Position: This is a paid internship.
• Weekend Premium: An extra $3 per hour is provided for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays.
