The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain safety: Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling various locations, to help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients.
• Preserve order: Preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives applicable to personnel, visitors, and the overall area.
• Provide customer service: Offer customer service and provide information to a client’s employees and customers as needed.
• Conduct mobile patrols: Perform mobile patrols, which specifically require a valid driver’s license.
• Execute duties: Carry out other general Security Officer duties as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required, and training will be provided for those new to the security industry.
• Experience: Candidates with backgrounds in retail, food service, or hospitality are considered a great fit for this role.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the physical ability to perform large amounts of walking and standing. A valid driver’s license is required for responsibilities involving mobile patrols.
