What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintenance: Perform maintenance duties to build talent on Kimberly-Clark systems and equipment.
• Operations Support: Safely support production and quality by ensuring proper operation and upkeep of manufacturing and supporting equipment.
• Training & Development: Rotate through all areas of the mill as part of a training program for a Shift Technical or Day Maintenance position.
• Technical Coordination: Provide technical expertise and coordination for activities to support mill and department objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity, owning and driving machine uptime.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 18 years or older with a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate, authorized to work in the United States, and able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Experience: 3+ years in maintenance electrical troubleshooting within a manufacturing/industrial operation, OR a 2-year Associate’s/technical degree or substantial progress towards completion in Electrical Technology/Industrial Maintenance or similar curriculum.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge, strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and demonstrated process and technical knowledge.
• Bonus: Experience with Rockwell Automation PLC and mechanical repair.
