What You’ll Actually Do
• Inspections: Conduct routine facility inspections, identifying and reporting potential problems such as lighting issues across all property floors and the roof.
• Painting: Perform painting and touch-up tasks in all common areas, proactively identifying and advising the manager on areas needing attention.
• Repairs: Efficiently complete daily work orders, performing minor maintenance and repairs across diverse areas including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and flooring.
• Manual Tasks: Safely manage casual labor tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs, while diligently maintaining assigned equipment in optimal working condition.
• Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all established safety procedures, actively fostering and maintaining a secure work environment for all staff and occupants.

The Must-Haves
• Background: General experience in building trades, repair, and handy work.
• Experience: (2) years of general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance, or handy work. High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, strong customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Multiple language fluency is desirable.
