• Mission: Owns the day-to-day operations of the physical plant, ensuring the facility is safe and well-maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Manage all day-to-day operations of the physical plant.
• Maintain: Keep the physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct: Conduct a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties.
• Oversee Vendors: Negotiate and contract with outside vendors for services.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow established Federal, State, County, and City codes and regulations in all operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional with expertise in health care related maintenance and plant operations.
• Experience: 2+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations, including 1 year of supervisory experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Skills: Ability to operate a Windows 10 computer, and read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Bonus: Prior experience as a Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and experience using an electronic work order system.
