What You’ll Actually Do

• Lead: Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team, ensuring effective execution of tasks and adherence to established protocols.
• Maintain: Ensure the physical plant, equipment, and grounds are kept in optimal working condition, contributing to resident well-being and facility efficiency.
• Apply: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of maintenance procedures to address facility needs and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate: Work within a dynamic healthcare environment to support facility services and uphold an atmosphere conducive to providing exceptional care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional holding a High School Diploma, with a solid understanding of maintenance procedures relevant to a commercial establishment.
• Experience: A minimum of five years of supervisory experience acquired in a commercial setting, specifically overseeing maintenance functions.
