The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Goldenwest Credit Union, located in Washington Terrace, UT, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The TL;DR

• Pay: $17.5 hourly
• Mission: This individual is responsible for the critical management of the credit union’s incoming and outgoing mail, oversight of office supplies, and support for corporate fleet vehicles, ensuring efficient daily operations and a well-resourced work environment for all staff.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Mail Management: Efficiently sort, stamp, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail for the entire credit union, ensuring timely delivery.
• Postage Operations: Responsibly maintain the postage meter machine, including monitoring usage and replenishing postage as needed to prevent service interruptions.
• Supply Coordination: Systematically order and distribute office supplies across departments, and meticulously maintain and oversee the main supply room at the Corporate Retail Center.
• Fleet Support: Provide essential assistance with the ongoing maintenance of corporate fleet vehicles, contributing to their reliable operation.
• Compliance & Development: Ensure full compliance with all regulations as required by law and actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a high school diploma, providing the fundamental education necessary for understanding and executing general office administration and organizational tasks.
• Experience: While a foundational understanding is essential, prior related experience in a clerical or administrative support function is preferred. This indicates an advantage for candidates who have demonstrated an ability to manage various office responsibilities in a previous role.
• Skills: Candidates must possess a strong ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently, exhibit exceptional organizational and detail-oriented work habits, and demonstrate timely and meticulous attention to both verbal and written communication in all interactions.
