Job Description: Machine Learning Engineer Internship (Adobe Firefly)
Adobe seeks a Machine Learning Engineer intern to contribute to the advancement of their AI and generative technologies, specifically within the Adobe Firefly applied research organization. This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of experts, contributing to the development pipeline from fundamental research to production engineering. The role involves shaping the training and integration of Firefly production models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and Development: Contribute to research and advanced development projects directly applicable to Adobe product development. This includes working towards clearly defined research goals and identifying measurable achievements along the way.
• Production Integration: Help integrate novel research findings into the Adobe Firefly product.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively on projects with various teams within the organization.
• Focus Areas: The work will center on pioneering data, models, applications, and scientific evaluation for images, videos, language, and multimodal models.
Qualifications:
• Education: Currently enrolled full-time in a Master’s or PhD program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or Scene Semantic Understanding (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in computer vision, natural language processing, or machine learning. Some experience with Generative AI is required.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate research findings effectively to both peers and public audiences.
• Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively within teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and common machine learning development toolkits.
• Availability: Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September.
