Senior M&A Integration Manager | Motorola Solutions

The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role at Motorola Solutions, located in Chicago, IL, USA. Motorola Solutions builds and connects technologies that help keep people safer everywhere. This role is critical for ensuring that newly acquired businesses are successfully integrated into the company’s supply chain and operations, helping to achieve growth targets and maintain operational continuity as Motorola Solutions expands its global reach. This position supports new team members through structured transitions, fostering quick acclimation to the company’s culture and systems.

• Team: Supply Chain M&A Department, reporting under the CFO
• Mission: This role ensures successful post-acquisition integration, drives value realization, and helps acquired businesses scale to meet Vision 2030 goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Integration: Lead end-to-end post-signing integration activities, designing and executing Day 1 readiness plans, 100-day roadmaps, and TSA exit strategies.
• Partner on Modeling: Partner with Corporate Development and FP&A to build financial models for ROI, operating costs, and capital investments.
• Track Outcomes: Rigorously track and report on committed business outcomes and financial commitments to ensure value realization.
• Report to Leadership: Establish robust, comprehensive, and repeatable status updates, dashboards, and reporting for the Senior Leadership Team and business units.
• Drive Alignment: Drive alignment, operational prioritization, and change management across cross-functional integration teams.
• Develop Strategy: Address the integration backlog while developing and implementing an integration playbook and center of excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related technical field; this role requires a proven track record leading corporate post-merger integrations.
• Experience: At least 5 years of practical, hands-on experience managing complex M&A integration lifecycles, including Day 1 and 100-day plans, with experience in supply chain or operations.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen to translate operational milestones into P&L impact, expert-level project management capabilities including modern tracking tools, and outstanding communication skills for executive influence.
• Bonus: An MBA or advanced degree in Business is highly preferred for this role.
