Job Summary:
The LPN is responsible for performing a variety of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and practices.

• Performs a variety of patient care activities, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
• Maintains patient records and documents patient care.
• Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Follows all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Education Required: Successful completion of an accredited practical nurse program.
• Minimum Experience Required: None.
• Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law: State of Georgia licensure as a practical nurse.
