Location Manager | Cintas

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Cintas, requiring relocation to successfully lead a Rental facility. Cintas, a publicly held Fortune 500 company, helps over one million businesses by providing essential products and services, including uniforms, mats, safety products, and fire protection, to ensure their facilities and employees are clean, safe, and ready for the workday. This role is critical as it involves assisting with the overall operational management of a location while completing a structured curriculum designed to prepare the partner to effectively lead a Cintas Rental facility within 24 months, directly impacting customer satisfaction and achievement of business goals.

• Mission: To assist in managing a Cintas location’s operational business and complete a development curriculum to successfully lead a Rental facility while maintaining high customer satisfaction and achieving operational goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Management: Assist with managing the location’s overall operational business to ensure smooth daily functioning and service delivery.
• Leadership Development: Complete a defined curriculum of activities designed to prepare for successfully leading a Rental facility within a 24-month timeframe.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the hiring and development of a high-performing team, manage their performance, and provide effective leadership.
• Financial Oversight: Control costs, understand all financials by reviewing statements with the Plant Manager, and ensure financial aspects are conducted efficiently.
• Production & Systems: Ensure that all Production systems and processes within assigned areas are in place and functioning properly daily to maintain schedule adherence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level with a High School diploma or GED required, focusing on operational leadership within a business context.
• Experience: Five to seven years of management experience, including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long-range strategic planning, and workforce planning (staffing and succession planning), coupled with experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve results within limited timeframes.
• Skills: Management of assigned operational areas, team hiring and development, performance management, customer service issue resolution, maintaining high customer satisfaction, achieving goals, inventory maintenance, budget management, and resolving operational issues affecting service.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; ability to relocate is required for this role.
