Job Description:
Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Loan Processor to join their Farm Credit EXPRESS (FCE) team in Mount Joy, PA. This position involves preparing Farm Credit EXPRESS (FCE) loans from application through closing, ensuring compliance with procedures and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Loan/Lease Processing:
• Application through Decision: Reviews applications for eligibility, completeness, and accuracy. Monitors credit delivery processes, evaluates credit bureau reports, and manages fraud alerts and discrepancies.
• Loan/Lease Documentation: Prepares loan/lease/legal documents, monitors dealership invoices, and reviews documentation for accuracy.
• Loan/Lease Closing: Ensures conditions are met, insurance is in place, and processes loan & commission checks. Verifies lien positions, reviews closed packages, and sets up follow-up for original documents.
• Customer Service: Provides prompt, courteous service to members, dealerships, and salespeople. Offers information on programs, policies, and procedures and consults with dealership staff.
• Documenting the Transaction: Records application notes in the FCE portal, providing a complete accounting of the transaction.
• Pipeline Management: Meets target turnaround times, maintains workflows, and provides support to team members.
Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• Zero to five years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Computer proficiency.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
The hours of operations are typically, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
