What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Payments: Prepare and process documentation for accurate and timely remittance of tax payments to various cities and counties.
• Escrow Analysis: Review annual escrow analysis projections to ensure adequate collection of escrow funds included in loan payments.
• Collateral Release: Review and prepare requests for the partial release of collateral for title companies, attorney offices, and other external customers.
• Customer Support: Research and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Fund Application: Accurately apply funds to loans using journal vouchers and post journal voucher entries to the core application.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience: 1 or more years of loan administration or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively; ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner through telephone, e-mail, or written correspondence with customers and co-workers.
