Job Summary

C1 is seeking a highly motivated and talented LLM / AI/ML Intern to join our innovative team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will play a crucial role in fine-tuning open-source and hosted Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific industry applications, with a particular focus on enhancing customer experience. Working closely with experienced engineers and scientists, you will contribute to projects that have a tangible impact across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to fine-tune open-source and hosted LLM models for specific industry applications in customer experience.
  • Assist with data collection and preparation, ensuring that models are trained on high-quality, relevant datasets.
  • Evaluate LLM performance through rigorous testing and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Document your findings and learnings clearly and concisely, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this internship, candidates should possess the following:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Demonstrated keen interest in AI/ML concepts, theories, and their potential real-world applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to both independent and team-based work environments.
