Operations Intern, TikTok LIVE | TikTok

The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok is a global platform dedicated to inspiring creativity and bringing joy through short-form mobile video, operating with diverse teams across numerous international offices. This role is crucial for supporting the TikTok LIVE team’s mission to foster an environment where creators, agencies, and partners connect communities in real-time, driving growth and meaningful interactions on the platform.

• Team: TikTok LIVE Operations – LIVE Agency Management
• Mission: Support the operational and growth strategies for TikTok LIVE’s agency partners and creators.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding and document verification processes for new potential agency partners.
• Lead Management: Manage lead tracking and maintain databases throughout the agency development funnel.
• Partner Communication: Coordinate communication with potential new agency leads to foster relationships.
• Strategy Execution: Support the execution of TikTok LIVE’s agency growth strategy, including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
• Campaign Support: Assist internal teams and agency partners with the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Experience: Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, with demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming).
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders, proactive learning ability with a passion for digital platforms, and a team-oriented, detail-focused, highly accountable approach.
• Bonus: Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to a degree program after the internship, a passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture, a creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, and familiarity with live streaming platforms and trends.
