This Paralegal position is critical for providing comprehensive support to attorneys, directly contributing to the effective representation of clients throughout complex litigation processes and ensuring that victims receive the legal assistance they deserve.

• Mission: This paralegal owns the crucial task of supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring meticulous case preparation and client communication.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Research & Evidence: Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategies, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.
• Legal Drafting: Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Case Management: File and manage legal documents in court and ensure compliance with all procedural deadlines and requirements.
• Client & Witness Coordination: Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to obtain necessary information and documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires proven experience as a paralegal, demonstrating a solid understanding of personal injury law, relevant regulations, and litigation procedures. Candidates should be adept in the legal framework governing personal injury cases.
• Experience: Candidates must possess proficiency in legal research and writing, with demonstrated experience drafting various legal documents and pleadings. This includes practical experience in managing multiple complex cases and adhering to strict deadlines within a legal setting.
• Skills: Essential skills include exceptional organizational capabilities, strong attention to detail for handling case documentation, and accuracy in information management.
