The Tone:
This is a full-time, permanent role at a globally recognized law firm, operating on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 remote) within its U.S. presence. The firm is known for handling complex, high-stakes legal matters for leading companies, financial institutions, and government clients. This role is essential for supporting the legal team in all aspects of their litigation practice, ensuring efficient preparation for hearings, trials, and arbitrations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, court filings, and attendance at trials or hearings.
• Research & Investigation: Conduct thorough legal research and factual investigations to support ongoing cases.
• Document Preparation: Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
• Case Management: Organize and manage comprehensive case files, documents, and evidence, overseeing document productions.
• Coordination & Communication: Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations, while communicating with clients, counsel, court personnel, and experts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires an experienced professional with strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal terminology, specifically in commercial litigation.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal is required, with a preference for commercial litigation experience.
• Skills: Must be proficient in Relativity, adept with legal research tools and databases, possess excellent written and verbal communication, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate is preferred.
