• Mission: Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in litigation matters, from fact investigation to trial attendance, ensuring seamless legal processes and client service.
• Tech Stack: Relativity, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Legal AI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Attorney Assistance: Provide support to attorneys in fact investigation, legal research, and the preparation and production of documents.
• Information Management: Develop technical proficiency in database use and management, conduct internet/electronic research, and maintain project folders and electronic files.
• Trial Support: Prepare materials for and assist in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials, including pre-trial preparation and attendance.
• Document Drafting & Coordination: Prepare draft pleadings and discovery documents, and coordinate the in-person or electronic filing of pleadings and documents, arranging for service.
• Case Administration: Collect and summarize records, and assist with calendaring and docketing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s degree or significant substantive legal experience considered in lieu of formal education, focused on commercial litigation.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation; experience with adopting legal AI and ability to learn and implement new AI.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills; strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate; experience with Relativity and other litigation support technology; ability to interact professionally with clients and employees; high attention to detail; ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
