What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Production Management: Oversee the management of hard copy and electronic document productions from clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Case Information Organization: Maintain comprehensive case files and meticulously organize documents on firm-approved electronic platforms.
• Legal Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in the preparation of various court filings, including statements, declarations, briefs, and appendices.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Proofread, cite-check, format, file, and serve legal documents to ensure full compliance with all applicable court rules.
• Litigation Support and Logistics: Manage case calendars, track critical deadlines, coordinate all necessary scheduling, and prepare thoroughly for depositions, hearings, conferences, and trials by organizing documents, exhibits, and logistics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience specifically as a Litigation paralegal.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
