What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Management: Manage litigation files comprehensively from initial intake through final resolution.
• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare essential legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests and responses.
• File Coordination: Coordinate medical records, organize case files efficiently, and track critical deadlines.
• Trial Assistance: Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation and contribute to case strategy discussions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced paralegal with a proven background in litigation.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, specifically including handling discovery processes and providing trial preparation support.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational and case management capabilities, excellent communication skills for various stakeholders, and the ability to multitask effectively within a demanding litigation setting.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Employment Law or Construction Defect cases is preferred.
