Senior Litigation Paralegal | Gendler & Gendler, PLLC
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Gendler & Gendler, PLLC, located remotely. Gendler & Gendler, PLLC is a growing boutique law firm with a five-attorney team that operates entirely remotely. The firm focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, including business disputes, real estate, foreclosure litigation, business torts, and bankruptcy-related matters, alongside an active consumer bankruptcy practice. This role is crucial for an experienced litigation paralegal to help attorneys stay organized, keep cases moving forward, and enable lawyers to dedicate more time to the practice of law by taking ownership of the administrative and procedural aspects of a busy caseload.

• Mission: This person will manage the administrative and procedural elements of litigation cases to ensure organizational efficiency and allow attorneys to focus on legal practice.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendar Management: Manage court calendars, deadlines, and reminders to ensure timely compliance.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate and issue notices for hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Discovery Assistance: Assist with discovery processes and track outstanding responses from parties.
• Document Preparation & Filing: Prepare routine litigation documents and handle all e-filing and e-service procedures.
• Vendor & Court Liaison: Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, court reporters, process servers, and other essential vendors.
• File Organization: Organize case files and materials in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Attorney Support: Ensure attorneys remain organized and that critical tasks and deadlines are not missed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a strong understanding of litigation procedures and processes.
• Experience: At least 5 years of Florida civil litigation experience; commercial litigation experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Highly organized, proficient with technology, and capable of working independently within a remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience with federal court and bankruptcy cases is beneficial, and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
