What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of a case, including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Document Verification: Perform detailed cite checking and fact verification for legal briefs and court filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Court Filings: Prepare, file, and track legal documents in both Federal and State Courts, while monitoring court deadlines and case calendars.
• Document Management: Organize, review, and manage large volumes of case documents using legal document management and review platforms, coordinating document production and eDiscovery.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal research using online tools and databases, and maintain confidentiality in all communications with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with extensive experience as a litigation paralegal within a law firm setting.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, supporting matters through every stage of litigation including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in cite checking and Bluebook citation formatting, proficiency with Federal and State Court e-filing and docket management, and experience with legal technology like Relativity, NetDocuments/iManage, Westlaw, and Bluebook citation software.
• Bonus: Paralegal Certificate preferred.
