What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct legal research and perform case law analysis, utilizing resources such as LexisNexis.
• Drafting: Draft and organize various legal documents, including preparing motions for filing.
• Case Management: Prepare and maintain comprehensive case files, meticulously managing critical timelines and deadlines.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for pretrial and litigation processes, including filing legal documents and handling case correspondence.
• Trial Assistance: Assist attorneys during trial preparations and coordinate effectively with clients and courts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification. This role requires foundational knowledge in legal research, document management, and litigation support processes.
• Experience: Prior experience with drafting legal documents, filing motions, and performing document review.
• Skills: Legal research, case law analysis, organizational skills for case management, strong communication for interacting with clients, attorneys, and courts, proficiency in Office Software and Legal Management Systems.
• Bonus: Paralegal Certification from an ABA Approved Program is preferred. Prior experience in business, employment, or civil litigation is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-stakes environments.
