This position provides critical support to attorneys, ensuring efficient case management and exceptional client service throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Mission: This role provides critical support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and resolution.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Filevine or comparable case management software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Draft: Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses.
• Manage: Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, medical records, and litigation deadlines.
• Research: Conduct legal and factual research and prepare summaries for attorneys.
• Coordinate: Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation-related events.
• Support: Assist attorneys with trial preparation, provide in-court support, and prepare exhibits and trial binders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is a Mid-Senior level position focused on litigation support.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience, with personal injury litigation experience required.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience using Filevine or comparable case management software, strong legal writing, organizational, and time management skills.
