What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and legal staff in managing complex litigation matters.
• Organize: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate: Facilitate clear, professional, and effective written and verbal interactions.
• Collaborate: Work both independently and cooperatively as an integral part of the legal team.
• Develop: Acquire and apply proficiency in legal software, case management systems, and new processes and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Level. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Experience: While prior legal experience is not a strict requirement, any administrative, office, customer service, or internship experience is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Bonus: An associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant coursework in legal studies is considered a plus.
