• Mission: Process and review incoming discovery documents, maintain document management software, and organize/code large volumes of discovery materials to facilitate complex litigation in intellectual property law.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Discovery Processing: Process and review incoming discovery documents for intellectual property cases.
• Document Organization: Maintain document management software and organize/code large volumes of discovery materials.
• Trial Support: Create exhibits, witness binders, and presentation materials crucial for trial preparation.
• Case Tracking: Docket deadlines, conduct research, and track the progress of ongoing legal cases.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level litigation paralegal with a strong foundation in e-discovery and complex litigation.
• Experience: At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a preference for intellectual property law, demonstrating strong technical and AI experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; expertise in e-discovery, case management, and complex litigation; strong technical skills including AI experience.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.
