What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Representation: Represent individuals and business clients in a variety of business, real estate, and general transactional matters.
• Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and other legal documents.
• Legal Advisement: Provide practical and sound legal counsel to both individuals and business clients.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively contributing to the firm’s continued growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with an interest in business law, real estate, and transactional practice.
• Experience: Wisconsin Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin. Recent law school graduates and entry-level attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written/oral communication skills.
