Job Description
A Litigation Attorney is needed to join a reputable mid-size firm in a hybrid capacity in Uniondale, NY. The role offers a base salary of up to $170K, plus bonus.
Responsibilities
• Assist senior figures in the business to help manage their caseload; gaining experience within various aspects of the Litigation lifecycle👔
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal precedents to support case strategy and ensure thorough preparation 📚
• Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court rules ✍️
• Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings. Additionally, conduct depositions and attend mediation or settlement conferences as part of the litigation process 🏛️
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 Years Experience 💼
• Commercial/Business Litigation Experience 🏢
• Barred in NY ⚖️
