This Legal Assistant position is vital for providing crucial onsite legal administrative support, encompassing the management of legal documents, precise data analysis and processing, and general administrative functions, enabling the Zwicker team to operate efficiently and collaboratively excel.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Data: Analyze and process data as assigned, ensuring adherence to proper workflow procedures for both client and Zwicker & Associates expectations.
• Provide Administrative Support: Deliver high-level legal administrative and office management support to the Office Manager and attorneys on-site.
• Manage Legal Documentation: Prepare documentation for attorney review and accurately file pleadings, whether paper-based or electronically, with various state-specific court filing systems.
• Maintain Account Records: Utilize internal software to properly update and document the status of each account within the assigned inventory.
• Facilitate Communication: Answer incoming calls and communicate effectively and appropriately with both internal team members and outside parties.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should be eager to learn and ready to provide essential legal administrative support within a national creditor rights law firm focused on ethical and assertive client representation for lenders in consumer and commercial recovery efforts and litigation.
• Experience: Proficient computer skills are required, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically strong Excel skills, to manage data and workflows effectively. The ability to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device is essential, alongside the capability to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule.
• Skills: Demonstrable strong organizational and time management skills to manage varied tasks and priorities, excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting effectively and appropriately with both internal team members and outside parties, great attention to detail, and the ability to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence.
