Job Description: Linux Systems Integration Intern

Location: Moorestown, NJ and remote test and installation sites
This role is a gateway opportunity to gain valuable experience with a top-tier employer and offers:
• Integration of Linux-based tactical computers: You will work within classified/unclassified computer program development and test environments to integrate these computers.
• System integration: You will integrate computer systems, software, and networks with tactical applications.
• Linux expertise: You will maintain a multi-platform Linux knowledge base to support leading-edge COTS software products and systems.
• Team collaboration: You will work alongside system engineers, computer program developers, test engineers, and customer representatives to support COTS-based configurations.
• Documentation: You will produce installation and configuration documentation for all supported COTS software and operating environments.
• Automation: You will create and maintain automation tools to support reproducible operating systems.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college in:
• Systems Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science/Engineering
• Cybersecurity
• Information Systems
• Or another related technical field
• Must be a US Citizen (position requires a government security clearance)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Linux/Unix based systems
Important Information:
• Clearance Level: Secret
• Work Location: Onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin offers various alternate work schedules, including a 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
