The Tone:

As the Life Enrichment Director, you will be instrumental in planning and coordinating a diverse array of social events, physical activities, and outings. What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Development: Plan and coordinate a variety of social events, physical activities, and outings to provide a vibrant and active community life for residents.
• Holistic Enrichment: Ensure programs fulfill aspects of an enriched life, including spiritual, purposeful, and intellectual pursuits.
• Resident Engagement: Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through feedback, new resident orientation, resident council meetings, and family communication.
• Daily & Weekly Planning: Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents in the community, meeting their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Prospective Resident Involvement: Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level leadership in life enrichment, demonstrating a profound commitment to fostering active, engaged, and fulfilling environments for seniors.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in activity programming, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, with prior experience in senior living communities highly preferred.
• Skills: Possess exceptional organizational and time management capabilities to manage diverse schedules, exhibit an energetic, engaging, and caring personality that inspires participation, and demonstrate a strong ability to connect genuinely with individuals to build community.
