Job Title: Life.Church Central Internship

Program Overview:
The Life.Church Central Internship is a comprehensive 6-month program designed for young adults seeking to develop spiritually, personally, and professionally within a ministry context. The program aims to help interns discover and utilize their unique gifts to honor God and serve people, while gaining valuable ministry experience and contributing to building the Kingdom. It is not a one-size-fits-all experience, offering incredible 1-on-1 coaching from experienced leaders.

Key Responsibilities and Development Opportunities:
Interns will actively engage in work that supports the mission of Life.Church, contributing their skills in a team environment. Development is fostered through:

• 1-on-1 coaching from seasoned ministry leaders.
• Participation in development calls.
• Attendance at staff training events.
• Engagement in various other ministry opportunities.

• Compensation: Full-time Interns earn $13 per hour and are considered temporary employees of Life.Church.
