Role Description: Licensed Real Estate Salesperson / Associate Broker

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, based in our New York, NY office. The individual in this dynamic role will be a pivotal support for clients navigating various real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. This role demands a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Guide and support buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through every stage of their real estate transactions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough property market analysis to provide accurate insights and strategic advice to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Actively engage in lead generation activities to expand client base and market reach.
  • Property Showings: Organize and host engaging property showings, effectively highlighting property features and benefits.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts to secure the best outcomes for clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain a current knowledge of evolving market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to meet and exceed client expectations, fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual with a proven track record in real estate.

  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker credential in New York.
  • Core Proficiencies: Demonstrated proficiency in property market analysis, effective lead generation strategies, and efficient transaction management.
