What You’ll Actually Do
• Cabling: Pull and route cabling throughout the data center.
• Racking: Assemble, stack, and drill racks.
• Equipment Management: Scan, label, and port equipment.
• Installation Support: Support general installation tasks as directed by experienced technicians.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry Level; demonstrated experience working in physically demanding environments (e.g., construction, trades, military, or similar).
• Experience: Reliable attendance history is crucial; must be able to work on ladders and lifts.
• Skills: Pulling cable, Low voltage, Manual labor, Cable.
• Bonus: Hands-on electrical or military experience is highly valued. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, honesty, and reliability are essential.
