Job Description: Legal Trainee
Responsibilities:
• Legal Support: Assist the legal department and specialist departments in handling and resolving legal issues, particularly in areas like development, production, sales, international purchasing, general contract law, copyright law, (software) licensing law, and data protection law.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare, review, and assist in the drafting of various contracts.
• Legal Matter Handling: Manage legal matters from diverse areas of civil and commercial law.
• Documentation and Communication: Create internal memos, expert opinions, and decision papers. Participate in internal and external meetings.
• Project Involvement: Engage in projects, conduct research, and prepare expert opinions.
• Independent Advisory: Gain experience by independently performing advisory mandates.
Requirements:
• Education: Completed first state examination in law.
• Experience: Initial experience and/or a strong interest in contract law, IT, and data protection law is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Excellent MS Office skills.
• Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
