Job Description: Legal Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Support the legal department and specialist departments in processing and solving legal issues, including:
• Drafting contracts, especially in the areas of development, production and sales, international purchasing, general contract law, copyright law, (software) licensing law, and data protection law.
• Handle legal matters from various areas of civil and commercial law.
• Prepare internal memos, expert opinions and decision papers.
• Support in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Participate in internal and external meetings.
• Participate in projects, conducting research and preparing expert opinions.
• Independently perform advisory mandates.

Requirements:

• Completed first state examination in law.
• Initial experience and/or keen interest in contract law, IT and data protection law.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
