What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, assisting with their daily operational needs and legal case management.
• Prepare: Independently prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and motion responses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage: Conduct e-filing in state and federal court systems, oversee case management, and meticulously manage docketing procedures to track critical legal timelines.
• Review: Perform essential e-discovery tasks and conduct thorough document review, contributing to the preparation of legal cases.
• Organize: Prepare and organize exhibits for various legal proceedings, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This position is open to all experience levels, from entry-level to experienced professionals. Candidates should possess familiarity with State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures to ensure compliance and effective workflow.
• Experience: Proven experience is required in key areas such as e-filing within both state and federal court systems, comprehensive case management, accurate docketing, efficient e-discovery processes, thorough document review, and precise exhibit preparation.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational skills, is essential for managing complex legal documentation and schedules. The role also demands excellent analytical abilities and superior written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively within a busy legal environment and work independently on critical tasks.
• Bonus: Prior experience with filing and serving documents out of State and in the Court of Appeals is beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with Compulaw software would be a valuable asset for this position.
