Manatt Legal Project Analyst program, offering a recent college graduate a valuable opportunity to gain practical legal and project management experience. The role is crucial for supporting attorneys and business professionals across various matters, providing foundational skills and direct exposure to the legal process while contributing to high-impact client work.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for client requests, team meetings, depositions, and closings.
• Legal Document Support: Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, corporate documents, entity formations, and contracts.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct statistical, factual, and legal research, then compile and analyze findings.
• Information Management: Maintain case files, document databases, and data rooms for various matters.
• AI Agent Development: Create and maintain AI agents to support general practice group projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college, demonstrating an interest in law.
• Experience: Willingness to commit to the role for approximately two years, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and proficiency in creating AI agents.
• Bonus: Strong academic record, demonstrated reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid team environment, including flexibility for overtime and potential full-week onsite work.
