Manatt Legal Project Analyst program, offering a recent college graduate a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on legal and project management experience in a collaborative professional services environment. The Analyst will play a crucial part in supporting a wide range of legal matters, contributing to high-impact client work, and developing foundational legal skills prior to potentially pursuing law school.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Coordinate logistics for client requests, team meetings, depositions, and closings, ensuring smooth execution of key activities.
• Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing essential legal and corporate documents, including pleadings, corporate documents, entity formations, and contracts.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive statistical, factual, and legal research, then compile and analyze findings to support case strategy and understanding.
• Material Organization: Prepare, track, and organize critical materials such as witness documents, document productions, closing sets, and filings for various matters.
• File Management: Maintain and update case files, document databases, and data rooms to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information for ongoing matters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college, demonstrating a strong academic record. This is an entry-level position for a recent college graduate with a proven interest in law.
• Experience: Willingness to commit to the role for approximately two years. Proficiency in creating AI agents and an excitement to integrate AI tools into professional workflows. Demonstrated reliability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid team environment.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple priorities effectively under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with clients, attorneys, and third parties. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Bonus: Ability to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.
