Job Description: Legal Intern, Sales Department EMEA
As a Legal Intern in the Sales Department EMEA, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the legal implications of cutting-edge technology. You will work closely with the legal and business teams to support the drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology agreements. You will also participate in cross-functional and legal innovation projects, getting hands-on experience in a variety of legal areas, including:
• Commercial law
• Antitrust law
• Intellectual property law
• Privacy law
• Security law
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the legal and business teams to support the drafting and negotiation of commercial/technology agreements
• Participate in cross-functional and legal innovation projects
• Get training and learn from subject matter experts in various legal fields
• Analyze a range of legal issues and provide research to answer queries from internal stakeholders and customers
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Italy
• Eligible for an Internship Agreement with your University
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong interest in IP, Privacy, Security, and IT fields of law
• Ability to read and understand complex contract provisions
• Ability to efficiently create English legal documents
• Excellent relationship and communication skills
• Adaptable and a fast learner
• Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
