About the Internship Program

Tiffany & Co. offers a 10-week summer internship program that immerses participants in the world of luxury jewelry. The program begins with a two-day orientation in New York City, followed by on-the-job learning, exploration of various business aspects, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns.

Dates: June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025.
Location: Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: $25 per hour.

About the Legal Intern Role

The Legal Intern will support Legal Department attorneys and paralegals specializing in areas such as:

• Employment law
• Data privacy
• Real estate
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate subsidiary governance
• Ethics and compliance
• Intellectual property

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily legal advice and counsel support to attorneys.
• Offer administrative support, including organizing legal files, scheduling meetings and events, creating presentations, and updating legal databases.
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and circulating contracts, corporate resolutions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and name searches.
• Instruct outside counsel and manage budgets.
• Participate in Legal Department projects and initiatives.
• Manage litigation and potential disputes.

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Strong interest in the legal profession.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• High level of organization with experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
