The Tone:
This is a full-time, hybrid role at a mid-sized firm, supporting its growing Corporate Services Practice Group. This newly created position offers the opportunity to provide high-level administrative and document support to a collaborative team. The role is crucial for managing various corporate and transactional matters while allowing a legal professional to gain exposure to sophisticated legal work. It is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys substantial administrative duties with some paralegal responsibilities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate: Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, track deadlines, and handle client communications.
• Facilitate: Oversee document execution, collect signatures, and prepare closing materials for transactions.
• Maintain: Organize and ensure the proper upkeep of electronic and physical client files.
• Support: Assist attorneys with corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate matters, and IDA-related transactions, including closings and related documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A legal professional seeking to provide high-level administrative and document support while gaining exposure to corporate and transactional work.
• Experience: 2+ years of legal corporate experience.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and professional communication skills combined with a client-service mindset.
• Bonus: Prior experience supporting corporate, real estate, commercial transactions, banking, or business law matters.
