What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments, depositions, and other legal proceedings to ensure smooth case management.
• Court Filings: Handle electronic court filing processes in both state and federal jurisdictions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Document Drafting: Draft and organize interrogatories, pleadings, and other legal documents to support litigation efforts.
• Information Management: Manage document handling and retrieval using advanced document management systems.
• Compliance and Records: Maintain meticulous records and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience specializing in litigation support within a legal environment.
• Experience: At least 1-3 years of practical experience in litigation support. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with electronic filing systems for state and federal courts.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail to maintain accuracy. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Bonus: Prior experience with document management systems is highly preferred for this position.
