Campari Group is a significant player in the global branded spirits industry, managing a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands distributed across 190 markets worldwide and employing approximately 4,700 people. The Legal Assistant position is integral to the legal team, directly supporting the operations that enable iconic brands like Aperol Spritz, Negroni, and Espresso Martini to reach consumers globally. This role offers real, hands-on experience in a fast-moving, globally connected environment, providing a front-row seat to how legal operations power a global business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Actively perform data analysis and correction activities within the company’s contract management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all legal records and entries.
• Contract Data Validation: Systematically review and validate AI-extracted contract data, including key terms, dates, and obligations, to confirm compliance and maintain reliability of legal information.
• Content Creation & Design: Apply consistent graphics, layouts, and visual design standards to format, enhance, and visually refine legal policies, trainings, guidelines, and PowerPoint presentations, producing clear and engaging materials for diverse audiences.
• Legal Research & Review: Offer direct support to attorneys by conducting thorough reviews and research on various legal matters, encompassing the examination of simple contracts such as Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Document Drafting: Provide comprehensive assistance in drafting and editing a range of general legal documents, including correspondence and internal memos, for the legal department.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required; entry-level position suitable for individuals pursuing a legal or specialized paralegal career path.
• Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrated working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe.
• Skills: Accuracy and keen attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely; excellent interpersonal skills for effective, cooperative, and professional collaboration; high degree of ethics, integrity, and sensitivity regarding confidential information; ability to learn quickly and thrive in a demanding environment.
• Bonus: Experience and skills in information and graphic design are a big plus; knowledge of another language is a plus.
