In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support covering contracts, insurance, corporate records, and legal research. This position directly supports company leadership and various internal departments in managing legal documentation and upholding business operations, providing a clear path for professional development within a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Management: Draft, review, proofread, and format contracts, legal documents, and professional correspondence.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal and regulatory research using available resources and databases.
• Compliance Support: Support corporate compliance activities by tracking deadlines and preparing required filings.
• Records Management: Maintain organized and accurate legal files, contract records, and research documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external parties regarding contracts, insurance, and legal correspondence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Pre-Law, Legal Studies, Communications, Business Administration, Humanities, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of general work experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential; Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions; Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for document creation and management; Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, contracts administration, or similar role; Experience working in a professional services environment; Interest in pursuing a legal, compliance, contracts, or corporate administration career path.
