Leasing Intern | Richmark Property Management

The Tone:
This is a temporary internship at Richmark Property Management, located in Fort Collins, CO. Richmark Property Management focuses on ensuring that leasing, marketing, and customer service goals are consistently met for the communities we manage. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations, supporting our on-site team, and providing an exceptional experience for both current and prospective residents. The Leasing Intern will be a key contributor to our vibrant community environment.

The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Fort Collins, CO
• Pay: $17 hourly
• Team: Works with the on-site team
• Mission: Manage and direct office communications, complete administrative tasks, assist with leasing units, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Tech Stack: Property management software, basic computer knowledge

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leads Management: Collaborate with the on-site team to follow up with all leads generated in the property management software.
• Resident Support: Provide high-quality resident service, promptly conveying service requests and escalating any customer service issues to on-site management.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform assigned administrative tasks including managing lease paperwork, move-in documentation, and renter’s insurance.
• Leasing Assistance: Become knowledgeable in the availability of units, pricing, and property information to effectively assist new prospects and strive to meet occupancy goals.
• Office Environment: Contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and guests by assisting with opening tasks, greeting each person who enters the office, and maintaining a professional presence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student; High school diploma or equivalent combination of education required.
• Experience: Capable of effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously; excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge; ability to act independently and make decisions; excellent verbal and written communication skills; flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and other unscheduled times as required.
