What You’ll Actually Do
• Best Practices Documentation: Assist in creating a best-practices deck by compiling examples, documenting processes, and organizing insights from internal teams.
• Strategic Content Development: Help develop yearly Sport MVP Playbooks and Revenue Summit decks, compiling sport-specific strategies, refining content, and integrating best practices.
• Handbook Review and Updates: Review and update the Director and Seller Handbooks, refining existing content, correcting outdated references, and improving clarity.
• CRM Management Support: Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts by updating records, organizing data, and ensuring data accuracy across dashboards.
• Training and Development Exposure: Attend MVP Training and Development sessions to gain valuable exposure to comprehensive sales processes, core revenue strategies, and industry best practices.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently a junior or senior, with an expected graduation date no later than August 2027. Ideally majoring in Sport Management/Administration, Business Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience: A strong interest in pursuing a career focused on revenue generation, ticket sales, premium seating, or development within the sports industry.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to effectively manage multiple projects, and consistent deadline adherence.
• Bonus: Ability to start work on Monday, June 1st, 2026, and secure housing for the entire nine-week duration of the program.
