The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at Henkel, located in the U.S., commencing in August 2027. What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop leadership: Participate in a 24-month rotational program designed to cultivate future business leaders within procurement starting August 2027.
• Gain diverse experience: Acquire hands-on experience across various procurement areas, including Logistics, Indirect Materials, and Services, supporting all Henkel business units.
• Lead impactful projects: Own and execute significant projects, applying entrepreneurial and leadership skills to daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with leadership: Build direct exposure and foster close cooperation with Top Management across different functions and geographical scopes.
• Receive support: Benefit from continuous guidance and development through ongoing support from your manager, mentor, and active peer exchange.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This early career position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or another related business major.
• Experience: Candidates must have at least one previous internship or other relevant work experience. Valid U.S. work authorization is mandatory for participation in this program, as Henkel is unable to provide visa sponsorship, petitioning, or immigration support.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on attitude. Possess proven leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills, along with excellent communication and presentation capabilities. Be naturally inquisitive and eager to explore new ideas, utilizing creative thinking and analytical skills to address complex challenges.
