Job Description: Leadership Development & Training Internship
SFS is seeking motivated interns for their Leadership Development & Training (LDT) team in Houston, TX for a 10-week program. This internship offers opportunities to learn, develop professionally, and network within a fast-paced environment. Successful interns may be considered for full-time positions.
Responsibilities:
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of the LMS, ensuring it remains current, user-friendly, and aligned with company training needs. Provide user support and guidance. Conduct testing of LMS courses. Generate and analyze reports to measure training program effectiveness.
• Project Leadership: Lead a project focused on documenting LDT’s internal procedures for using the LMS, creating communication plans to promote SFS University courses, and updating/managing the team’s SharePoint site.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in HR, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (4.0 scale).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing and facilitating presentations and communicating with operational leaders is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must live within commuting distance of Houston, TX.
